Dissertation Defense: Peta-Ann Long

The oral doctoral examination of Peta-Ann Long, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Monday, March 4, at 12 p.m. via Zoom.

Long’s advisor is Professor T. Makana Chock. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Dennis Kinsey and Michael Schneider. Professor Shana Gadarian will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Emotional Perception of Presidential Candidate Debate Statements:  An Examination of the 2016 U.S. Presidential Debates.”
