Dissertation Defense: Caitlin Smith

The oral doctoral examination of Caitlin Smith, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Friday, March 22, at 12:30 p.m. in Falk College, room 441.

Smith’s advisor is Professor Rachel Razza. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Adam Anderson, and Sara Vasilenko. Professor Maryam Yuhas will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Exploring the Roles of Food Parenting Practices, Dietary Self-Efficacy, and Food Insecurity on Fruit and Vegetable Consumption Among College Students.”
