Salary Negotiation Workshop

Please consider joining the Conflict Management Center for our workshop on salary negotiation (with a focus on women) led by Professor Catherine Gerard.

During this interactive workshop, participants will explore strategies to feel comfortable and confident during the salary negotiation process. By the end of this workshop, participants will have a broader understanding of the variety of issues they can discuss during the salary negotiation process, how to transform underlying interests into clear position statements, and how to appropriately combine self-advocacy with assertion, among other topics.
