Thesis Defense: Rand Kato

The oral thesis examination of Rand Kato, candidate for the D.P.S. degree, which will be held on Tuesday, March 26,  at 3 p.m. via Zoom.

Kato’s advisor is Professor Scott A Bernard. The thesis examining committee will be composed of Professors John M Jordan and Austin L Zwick. Professor Grant Davis Reeher will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s thesis is: “Examining Barriers that Prevent County Election Security: The Role of Transparency Towards the Completeness of Cybersecurity Governance.”
