March 27, 2024 at 1:00pm2:30pm EDT

Bird Library, 550

This event has already occurred. The information may no longer be valid.

What do we value in student writing? How do we account for our learning outcomes and expectations when designing writing assignments? What are the possibilities of incorporating writing-to-learn to align with our course objectives?

This in-person conversation with  the University’s Writing Across the Curriculum team examines these questions and more as we consider the ways that we integrate writing in our classes. Faculty from across the disciplines are invited! Time will be devoted to workshopping course materials; participants are encouraged to bring a syllabus and/or writing assignment that they would like to revise to the session.

Space is limited. Please register by Tuesday, March 26.
