Diwali 2024: Light up the Orange Grove

All are invited to light up the Orange Grove (in front of Bowne Hall) for Diwali 2024 and partake of samosas and Indian sweets. This event is organized in conjunction with the Art and Architecture of India course taught in the Department of Art and Music Histories. It is being held in collaboration with the Syracuse chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architecture Students (NOMAS), South Asian Student Association (SASA), and Delta Phi Omega (South Asian-interest based sorority). The illuminations evening will take place on Wednesday, November 6 and will be followed by a Henna evening on Thursday, November 7 (Slocum Hall).
Illuminations evening schedule:
4:45 – 5:30 p.m. Join us to illuminate The Orange Grove
5:30 p.m. Samosas & Sweets
5:30 – 8:30 p.m. Illuminations * The Orange Grove
