GSBA is excited to invite you to a special online meditation event that promises to be both enriching and grounding—especially as we seek reprieve from midterms and election season. Led by Hendricks Chapel’s JoAnn Cooke, this hour is designed for anyone looking to deepen their mindfulness practice and explore the power of intention in daily life.
During this time together, we’ll start with an intention-setting session, where you’ll learn how to craft a meaningful purpose for your meditation practice and discover ways to carry that objective throughout your life. Following this, we’ll engage in a guided meditation, allowing you to immerse yourself in the moment and find tranquility amid the many to-do’s of graduate student life.
To wrap up, we’ll share valuable resources that Hendrick’s offers for meditation, as well as other opportunities available through our university and in the local community.
We hope you can join us for this hour of reflection and connection. No registration is required. The link to join the event is https://syracuseuniversity.zoom.us/j/91432952668#success;you will need to use your syr. account to join.
