Mindfulness and Meditation: Group Meditation With the Buddhist Meditation Association

Join Peer Leaders and campus partners for creative sessions focusing on mindfulness and reflection. This special session will begin with a brief discussion around the benefits of mindfulness for one’s overall well-being, followed by a guided group meditation led by members of the Buddhist Meditation Association.

Space and supplies are limited. Pre-registration through the Wellness Portal opens seven days prior to the scheduled session and is highly encouraged. Walk-in avabilability is based on open spots upon arrival.
