Join Peer Leaders and campus partners for creative sessions focusing on mindfulness activities and reflection. Participants will have the opportunity explore mindful eating and make their own no-bake energy balls to take home.

PLEASE NOTE: Supplies provided for energy balls will contain peanuts and wheat. Substitutes for peanut and gluten allergies will be provided. While we try our best to separate these items, cross-contamination of these products is possible.
