Title: Transcending Barriers: A Pathway to Success for First-Generation Students

Description: This dynamic training is tailored specifically for first-generation college students, focusing on overcoming common hurdles such as impostor syndrome, navigating self-efficacy, addressing mental health challenges, and fostering a sense of belonging within the higher education landscape. Through a blend of inspirational talks, interactive sessions, and practical strategy workshops, participants will be equipped with the tools they need to excel academically, thrive in leadership roles, and achieve personal milestones. This program not only aims to inspire and empower but also provides a roadmap for students to navigate challenges and seize opportunities for success.

 

Learning Objectives:

• Effective strategies to combat impostor syndrome and boost self-efficacy.

• Techniques for managing mental health challenges while pursuing higher education.
