Mindfulness and Meditation: Outdoor Group Meditation With Diane Schenandoah

Join Peer Leaders and campus partners for creative sessions focusing on mindfulness and reflection. In this special outdoor session, participants will be guided through a group meditation led by Diane Schenandoah, Honwadiyenawa’sek (“One Who Helps Them”), centered around the mind-body-soul connection and how mindfulness helps us to tap into our sense of gratitude for ourselves and surroundings.

Space and supplies are limited. Pre-registration through the Wellness Portal opens seven days prior to the scheduled session and is highly encouraged. Walk-in avabilability is based on open spots upon arrival.
