The oral doctoral examination of Zhijuan Niu, candidate for the PhD degree, will be held on Thursday, September 26, at 9:30 a.m. via Zoom.
Niu’s advisor is Professor Moon-Heum Cho. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Jing Lei and Xiaoxia Silvie Huang. Professor Bong Gee Jang will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Effects of Peer Feedback and Self-feedback on Student Learning in Asynchronous Online Discussions.”
