Learn to Lift: Lower Body Clinic

Join us for a four-week Learn to Lift: Lower Body Clinic, as we provide hands-on strength training instruction to help you better understand the form, pace and repetitions necessary to build muscle specific to the muscle groups located within the lower body (hamstrings, glutes, quadriceps, calves, abductors and adductors). No experience is necessary to participate!

This five-week clinic meets on Thursdays from 1:30-2:30 p.m. in Flanagan Gym Multipurpose Room 10.

Please note that by registering for this clinic, you are committing to the entire four-week session. Failure to attend an individual clinic will result in you being removed from the entire session.
