Dissertation Defense: Clara Vesterman-Starr

The oral doctoral examination of Clara Vesterman-Starr, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. via Zoom.

Vesterman-Starr’s advisor is Professor Joseph Shedd. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Michael Gill, Diane Wiener and Rebecca Garden. Professor Julia White will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Disability Studies and Nursing: “Walking the Walk” of Disability in Healthcare and Nursing.”
