“From Forest to Future” is a traveling exhibit and lecture series that aims to proliferate the knowledge of mass timber at the most effective level: i.e. in engineering, architecture and construction schools/colleges, and to industry professionals and government officials involved with design and construction of mid- and high-rise construction projects. The exhibit will include samples of different mass timber components, connections, pieces, assemblies, and relevant mass timber information and data. Dr. Anthony Mirando and Dr. Lameck Onsarigo from Kent State University will also deliver a lecture on sustainable building practices with a keen focus on mass timber and its impact on the industry.
