Dissertation Defense: Sara Soldovieri

The oral doctoral examination of Sara Soldovieri, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Tuesday, April 1, at 11 a.m. in Huntington Hall, 2nd Floor, Ganders Lounge and via Zoom.

Soldovieri’s advisor is Professor Beth Myers. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Christine Ashby, Sultan Kilinc and Zachary Rossetti. Professor Mario Perez will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “”Because I Felt Like We Weren’t Chained Down Anymore”: The Experiences of Families of Students with Intellectual Disability Who Revoke Consent for Special Education Services.”
