Unforeseen: 2025 MFA Exhibition II

“Unforeseen” is a three-part exhibition featuring works from 32 master of fine arts (M.F.A.) candidates from the School of Art and the Department of Film and Media Arts in Syracuse University’s College of Visual and Performing Arts. Over the course of these three exhibitions an unfolding of experiences, investigations and unforeseen connections will arise. As the French composer Pierre Boulez said, “Creation exists only in the unforeseen made necessary.”
An opening reception will be held Friday, April 4, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Exhibiting artists in part two are: Jalal Ghias Beygi, Kirstin Dunlap, Flora Jiang, Rick Li, Tripty Tamang Pakhrin, Olivia Qi, Grace Schamowski, Emma Schwartz, KB Stallings, and Yukang Tao.
