Dissertation Defense: Katharine Russell

The oral doctoral examination of Katharine Russell, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Wednesday, April 9, at 9 a.m. in 341 Eggers Hall.

Russell’s advisor is Professor Ryan Griffiths. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Yael Zeira, and Seth Jolly. Professor Michael Williams will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Femme Fatale: Explaining the Tactical Deployment of Female Operatives by Terrorist Organizations.”
