Dissertation Defense: Benjamin Tetteh

The oral doctoral examination of Benjamin Tetteh, candidate for the Ph.D. degree,  will be held on Thursday, April 10, at 9 a.m. in Newhouse 3, Room 327.

Tetteh’s advisor is Professor Srivi Ramasubramanian. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Dennis Kinsey, and Keonte Coleman. Professor Danielle Smith will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Silencing Critical Journalism: The Political, Economic and Security Threats Facing Journalists and the Resort to Self-Censorship.”
