Experience the art of Ikebana at this hands-on wellness workshop led by Jia Man, an adjunct professor at Le Moyne College and a renowned Ikebana artist. This session will introduce the history, philosophy and techniques of Ikebana while emphasizing mindfulness and relaxation. Jia, a member of Ikebana International, has exhibited globally and conducted workshops at institutions across Central New York. Join us to explore this meditative floral art and cultivate a sense of calm and creativity.
