Dissertation Defense: Dylan Caskie

The oral doctoral examination of Dylan Caskie, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Wednesday, April 16, at 3:45 p.m. in 401A Hall of Languages and via Zoom.

Caskie’s advisor is Professor Will Scheibel. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Roger Hallas, Carol W.N. Fadda, and Anna Cooper. Professor Kendall Phillips will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “American Cosmopolitans: Tourism, Empire, and Blockbuster Film.”
