In this class, you’ll learn the basics of semi-complex waistline movements, AKA whining. Whether you are a professional waistline warrior, bum-bum roller or can bruk off yuh back, or are just beginning to learn to move your waist; we’re all here to build our confidence in moving freely and releasing the tension we carry in our hips, waist, bodies, and minds. This is your chance to un-whine! Dress attire: comfy, whinin’ proof & anything that makes you feel confident. Tickets are $10.00 per student.
