Dissertation Defense: John Mark Brigham

The oral doctoral examination of John Mark Brigham, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Friday, February 14, at 12: p.m. in Heroy Geology Building, Room 210.

Brigham’s advisor is Professor Suzanne Baldwin. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Jay Thomas, Jon Kim, Paul Fitzgerald, and Laura Webb. Professor Kate Lewis will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Evaluating subduction zone processes in early Paleozoic rocks of the northern Appalachians.”
