Spring New Student Orientation

Spring New Student Orientation (Spring NSO) is Syracuse University’s required orientation program for students new to main campus in Spring 2025.

During Spring NSO, students will participate in Small Groups led by Orientation Leaders, engage in social activities to build community and make new friends, participate in Spring New Student Convocation, meet with academic advisors, learn about campus resources and more.

This is required for new first-year, transfer and Discovery students. Parents, family members and supporters are invited to attend. View the full schedule shared on New Student Programs’ website. A detailed schedule will be provided to students, parents, families and supporters at Check-In.
