Dissertation Defense: Krishna Yashwant Ranaware

The oral doctoral examination of Krishna Yashwant Ranaware, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Friday, January 24, at 11:30 a.m. via Zoom.

Ranaware’s advisor is Professor Becky Schewe. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors John McPeak and Farhana Sultana. Professor Laura-Anne Minkoff-Zern will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “(In)visible Work: Gender, Labor, and Agricultural Markets in India.”
