Dissertation Defense: Nicholas Croce

The oral doctoral examination of Nicholas Croce, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Monday, June 23, at 12  p.m. via Zoom.

Croce’s advisor is Professor Gretchen Purser. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Gregg Lambert, Rick Welsh, and Barbara Arneil. Professor Tod Rutherford will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Hospitals of Industry: New York’s Progressive Era Labor Colonies.”
