Dissertation Defense: Nilesh Sinha

You are invited to attend and participate in the oral doctoral examination of Nilesh Sinha, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, which will be held on Tuesday, March 18,  at 1 p.m. in 400Q Eggers Hall.

Sinha’s advisor is Professor Keith Bybee. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Thomas Keck, and Glyn Morgan. Professor Jennifer Breen will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Bench Strength: How Powerful Are Supreme Courts In Common Law Countries Really?.”
