Dissertation Defense: Claire Rubbelke

The oral doctoral examination of Claire Rubbelke, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Monday, March 24, at 2 p.m. in Heroy Geology Laboratory, room 333C and via Zoom.

Rubbelke’s advisor is Professor Tripti Bhattacharya. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Christopher Junium, Melissa Chipman, Ethan Coffel, and Ran Feng. Professor Katie Becklin will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Plio-Pleistocene Hydroclimate in Southern Africa: Insights from Proxy Records and Climate Models.”
