Join us for a panel of faculty from various fields and at different stages in their careers, discussing the job search and hiring process from the institutional perspective. From newly hired faculty to seasoned pros who have served as search committee chairs and school/college administrators, this group is sure to provide insights into what separates successful candidates from the competition.

This session is part of the 4-day Academic Job Market Crash Course for graduate students and postdocs, running May 20-23, with daily schedule as follows:
- 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Lunch and Job Market Talks
- 1:45 PM – 3:00 PM: Designated writing time to draft job market materials based on workshop content
- 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Receive feedback on materials from participants, Graduate School staff, and staff from the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs.
