Dissertation Defense: Meredith Devennie

The oral doctoral examination of Meredith Devennie, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Monday, August 17, at 10 a.m. in Zoom.

Devennie’s advisor is Professor George Theoharis. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Marcelle Haddix, Gretchen Purser, Kal Alston and Melissa Luke. Professor Jamie Winders will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “How the classroom schools: A focused ethnography exploring the built environment and its inhabitants in one kindergarten.”
