Looking to build resilience, connect with fellow students, strengthen your focus, and more? Join us for DeStress for Success, a virtual positive psychology workshop series. We will explore ways to increase your well being while at Syracuse. DeStress for Success is open to all SU and ESF students.

Have you ever had trouble making a habit stick? Have you had bad luck when trying to break a habit? In this session, Build Healthy Habits, we will learn how to transform your habits by unleashing the power of habit change. Together, we will build healthy habits that can truly last.
