They’re back! The horror film has the power to safely entertain and provoke us in a way no other genre can match, giving us glimpses into things sometimes best left unseen. Our popular seasonal exhibit illustrates the thematic diversity of the horror film. From its earliest shadow-infested beginnings with films like The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari (1920) to modern expressions of the lurid and carnal with such films as The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974) and Hostel (2005),
