Even though the workouts will be intense, we will focus on being present and in the moment, practicing pushing aside any negative or distracting thoughts. This practice in the cycle room can carry students and staff throughout the rest of their day.

Join this fitness class from the comfort of your own space! Our virtual classes take place on Zoom. Participants will access the virtual studio link on the Wellness Portal after completing registration. Registration for each class opens 6 hours before the class start time. The virtual studio opens 10 minutes before class starts so participants can interact with each other and ask the instructor questions.
