Happiness is not a destination or something to be found, it’s a state of mind and how we approach the world. Research has found some of the happiest people devote a great deal of time to nurturing and enjoying relationships, are comfortable expressing gratitude, savor life’s pleasures, live in the moment and have resilience in the face of challenges.
Can a few simple daily actions make us happier?
For three-weeks, let’s experiment together! We’ll learn about three important components of happiness and experiment by putting those components to the test!
