Explore dishes of the African Diaspora in this series of cooking demonstrations. Join the Community Folk Art Center as they spotlight an amazing chef, Kuukua Yomekpe, owner of Asempe Kitchen. Chef Yomekpe will show us how to make the traditional Ghanain dish Gari Foto (made with cassava). Learn how to source your ingredients and make a delicious dish for your family (or yourself) to enjoy!
