Dissertation Defense: Rachel MacMaster

The oral doctoral examination of Rachel MacMaster, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Monday, April 26, at 3 p.m. in Zoom.

MacMaster’s advisor is Professor Thomas Keck. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Keith Bybee, Yuksel Sezgin, Shana Gadarian and Christopher Faricy. Professor Jennifer Breen will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Judicial Deference to Administrative Statutory Interpretation in the Modern American Administrative State.”
