Dissertation Defense – Erik Muniz

The oral doctoral examination of Erik Muniz, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, which will be held on Friday, August 27, at 3  p.m. EST in Zoom.

Erik Muniz’s advisor is Professor Stefan Ballmer. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Duncan Brown, Mitchell Soderberg, Britton Plourde and Eric Coughlin. Professor Lee Kennard will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “A Solid-State Phase Camera for Advanced Gravitational-Wave Detectors.”
