- Attend a Group Fitness Class.
- Barnes Center at The Arch Fitness Orientation.
- Barnes Center at The Arch fitness resources.
- Explore the Sanvello mobile app (stress, anxiety and depression management).
- Learn more about and use the Climbing Wall.
Once complete, individuals will receive Barnes Center at The Arch swag!
