3-Minute Thesis®: If, When, and How

Three-Minute Thesis is a research communication contest held at universities around the world, challenging graduate students in any research program to explain the nature, significance, and inherent interest of their dissertation/thesis project to a non-specialist audience in three minutes or less. But to conceive and deliver a winning presentation takes careful planning. This information/prep session will explain how the 3MT works and offer pointers and strategies for prospective competitors. (The next Syracuse University 3MT competition will take place early in the Spring 2022 semester.)
