Syracuse University will hold its fourth Service of Commemoration on Tuesday, March 16, at 7 p.m. ET. As the 2020 service was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year we will be honoring Syracuse University and SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry students, faculty, staff, retirees and trustees who passed away during the period from Jan. 1, 2019 to the present.
To maintain privacy all attendees’ cameras and microphones will be muted throughout the service. The names of those being honored will each be read from the chapel podium, and then shared again at the end of the service in writing.
Registration for the service will remain open through the duration of the program. All are welcome to attend, including family, friends, Syracuse University and SUNY-ESF students, faculty and staff, and all others who wish to remember the lives of their loved ones.
