SoulSearch is a one-day retreat for Syracuse University undergraduate students to connect, contemplate and experience a deeper understanding of their authentic selves. SoulSearch will rekindle a sense of belonging and highlight tools for practicing mindfulness and self-awareness, with a focus on authenticity, mindfulness and balance. Every SoulSearch retreat is free, includes meals and transportation.
