University Union is excited to announce this year’s virtual Block Party! The show will be on Friday, May 14, 2021, at 8 p.m. EST and will feature Lil TJay, Aminé, Dominic Fike, SOFI TUKKER and Flo Milli.

The event is free and open to Syracuse University and SUNY-ESF students and faculty/staff only. It will premiere virtually on University Union’s ‘Cuse Activities page. To access the event, students and faculty/staff must visit the page and RSVP by logging in with their NetID username and password.

During the day on Friday, May 14, 2021, there will be a variety of in-person activities throughout campus. All these activities are free and open to Syracuse University and SUNY-ESF students and faculty/staff only. At the Quad from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., there will be a photo booth, balloon arch, wall for attendees to sign and voter registration tables. At the Women’s Building from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., there will be extreme racing and a silent disco. The silent disco will feature three channels. Two will play playlists curated by University Union, and the third channel will feature an exclusive set by a soon-to-be-announced celebrity DJ!

To ensure the safety of attendees, there will be an RSVP reservation policy for the activities at the Women’s Building. Students will be required to sign up for time slots via an online form. The form can be accessed through QR codes that will be posted on both University Union’s social media pages and physical signs at the activities. Safety protocols will be in place and social distancing and mask-wearing will be enforced at all in-person activities.
