Dissertation Defense: Haejoo Kim

The oral doctoral examination of Haejoo Kim, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Monday, May 17, at 3 p.m. in Zoom.

Kim’s advisor is Professor Coran Klaver. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Michael Goode, Rebecca Garden, Dorri Beam and Patricia Roylance. Professor Lois Agnew will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Medical Liberty and Alternative Health Practices in Nineteenth-Century Britain.”
