Celebrate Campus Sustainability Month with a virtual cooking class that encourages you to help save the planet through your diet. Join Syracuse University Sustainability Coordinator and classically trained chef, Meg Lowe along with Food Studies student and Sustainability Management intern, Tucker Kopp as they walk you through a fun and easy recipe full of food waste reduction, the benefits of plant-based eating styles, kitchen essentials, and a ton of fun along the way. Sustainability Management will provide the ingredients for the Tortilla Soup. The event will be held on October 27, 2021 at 6 p.m. To keep the class-size small for optimal learning, we will limit this to the first 20 students who register!
