Dissertation Defense: Siqi Tang

The oral doctoral examination of Siqi Tang, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Friday, September 10, at 1 p.m. in 414 Bowne Hall.

Tang’s advisor is Professor Lawrence Tavlarides. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Radhakrishna Sureshkumar, Viktor Cybulskis, Jesse Bond, Ian Hosein, and Ruth Chen. Professor Joseph Chaiken will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Adsorption of Organic Iodides on Reduced Silver Functionalized Silica Aerogel.”
