The oral doctoral examination of T. Passwater, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Tuesday, April 12, at 4 p.m. in Zoom.
Passwater’s advisor is Professor Lois Agnew. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Eileen Schell, Brice Nordquist, William Banks and Michele Kennerly. Professor William Robert will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Receiving a Queen: A Queer and Trans Classical Reception Historiography of Elagabalus.”
