Dissertation Defense: Shibajyoti Das

The oral doctoral examination of Shibajyoti Das, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Monday, April 18, at 2:30 p.m. in Zoom.

Das’s advisor is Professor Christopher K. Junium. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Linda C. Ivany, Zunli Lu, Bruce H. Wilkinson and Rowan C. Martindale. Professor Katie M. Becklin will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes of shell bound organic matter, implications for modern and ancient food web dynamics.”
