The oral doctoral examination of Scarlett Rebman, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Wednesday, April 20, at 3 p.m. in Zoom.
Rebman’s advisor is Professor Jeffrey Gonda. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Susan Branson, Andrew Cohen, Margaret Thompson and Kristopher Burrell. Professor Chris Faricy will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Saving Salt City: Fighting Inequality through Policy and Activism in Syracuse, NY, 1955-1975.”
