Dissertation Defense: Dhafer Alqahtani

The oral doctoral examination of Dhafer Alqahtani, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in Zoom.

Alqahtani’s advisor is Professor Baris Salman. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Dawit Negussey, Riyad S Aboutaha, Cliff Ian Davidson and Andria Costello Staniec. Professor Donald Harter will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “A Sustainability Assessment Framework for Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in Highway Projects.”
