The oral doctoral examination of Yebin Liu, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Monday, September 26, at 10 a.m. in the Physics building, room 208.
Liu’s advisor is Professor Britton Plourde. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Ivan V Pechenezhskiy, Simon Catterall, Denver W Whittington and Liviu Movileanu. Professor Jae C Oh will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Designing and modeling superconducting hardware for implementing quantum stabilizers.”
